We adopt vacuum melt infiltration method to produce tungsten silver alloy. It is good performance and stable quality. Because different of melting point between tungsten and silver, we can’t use traditional vacuum melt infiltration method tungsten silver alloy and tungsten copper alloy. Tungsten silver adopts these process routes: powder preparation –suppressing – sintering —melt infiltration —-machining. The specification of tungsten silver alloy is more unique than others. Under the situation of same tungsten copper, the proportion and thermal conductivity of tungsten silver is higher than tungsten copper alloy, so tungsten silver is a good material in spark discharge and electrical contacts.
